Won't allow me to withdraw my money.

I have money in there and it's not allowing me to withdraw to my wallet. I tried writing customer support and they never respond to me. The withdraw just says waiting and it's been like that for 3 days now. And for three days I've been trying to contact them with no response! If I'm a liar I have all the document and proof. Went though every step to withdraw to my coin98 wallet just like it says I needed and it's all b.s.you your company refuses to respond on customer support.
