Disappointing experience with the service

I signed up for the service for a year but hardly used it. Unfortunately, I forgot to turn off the auto-renewal on my payment account, and my subscription was automatically renewed on November 29. On that same day, I got an email confirming the renewal. I tried to cancel it by logging into my account, but I was unable to do so through both the website and the app. I have sent three emails to the support team asking them to cancel my subscription and refund the $199 USD charged to my credit card via PayPal. My first email was sent on December 2, followed by emails on December 16 and January 5. Despite the website stating, "Have a question or need assistance? Reach out by email or start a chat using the messenger in the bottom right corner. We'll get back to you as soon as possible!" I still haven't received a response to any of my emails. Furthermore, I couldn't locate the chat messenger they mentioned. This lack of response is unprecedented for me, and I am struggling to understand why they haven't reached out despite their promise of quick assistance and my multiple attempts to connect. As a result, I cannot recommend this service based on this frustrating experience.

Mixed feelings about the service

I signed up and found the information to be lacking. There's better information available for free online. While it serves as a nice newsfeed, the advertisements suggested it was an AI-driven stock picking service, which was misleading. Additionally, their model portfolios haven't been updated in over six months. I've contacted the support team to cancel my subscription, which I recently paid $99 for. I'm not seeking a refund, just a cancellation of any auto-renewal. I will revise my review based on their response; if they cancel smoothly, I'll change it to four stars. However, if I encounter the same issues reported by others, I’ll downgrade it to one star and initiate a chargeback with my bank.

Unexpectedly Impressed with This Investing Tool

I came across this service through an advertisement and honestly had low expectations. Now, it's my go-to tool for investing. It feels like having an advantage when it comes to keeping up with the news.

Disappointing Experience with Early Recommendations

I was among the first to subscribe, starting back when the service was known as SmartyStocks in 2021. At first, I followed their top stock picks, which included high-conviction options such as Desktop Metals, Farfetch, Canopy Growth, Beyond Meat, Chegg, and Plug Power. However, the performance of the portfolio was very disappointing; these speculative stocks have experienced significant losses or even failed entirely. I have since transitioned my investments to large-cap stocks and diversified ETFs, which have provided much better and more consistent returns compared to this advisory service.

Still waiting for a refund resolution

I am still waiting for a resolution regarding my refund. I initially had a direct contact email instead of reaching out to support, who have not responded. Now, my contact is ignoring my emails. My bank is also trying to resolve the refund but is currently unsuccessful. Be cautious as they make it extremely difficult to obtain a refund, and despite their investment advice, they seem untrustworthy in refund matters. They provide numerous excuses that hinder the refund process. BEWARE.

You likely have better options

I completely forgot I had signed up, and it seems they forgot me too until the auto-renewal. I have never used the service. When I noticed the charge, I requested a refund immediately but received a very curt response stating they are not in the refund business. Never again.
