I put my order in March 14. March 20, I emailed and asked for an update. Next day was told part was out of stock and would have to wait for production which takes 8-10 weeks to finish. I knew I would be moved into my new address within that time, so I asked if they could change the delivery address and explained the situation. They agreed. April 19 I got an email saying the package was en route. May 2 it was delivered. Looking at the piece, it seems to be good quality. I ordered a twill weave with gloss finish. But after looking at it for a while, I do wonder if it is real carbon fiber or if it is just a good quality wrap.I give them an A+ for communication and working with me to ensure I would receive the part.I give the part itself an A, because it looks great and feels very strong.Value I would say is a B, because I paid almost $100 for a 12x5 inch piece that I am not totally certain is real carbon fiber.
