Met with doctor at 10:30am, diagnosed with sinus infection (after flu), received text from MDLive that prescription was sent to my pharmacy (w/ accurate pharmacy details), waited 3 hours, drove to pharmacy but there was never a prescription received on my behalf. Called MD Live and they told me, based on policy, they have escalated issue and it could take up to 48 hours. Spoke to supervisor and she said it was a technical issue or the doctor did something wrong. Supervisor could not call doctor (per policy) or give me a return call (per policy) to let me know if she was able to get in touch with nurse. Nothing!I have to sit and wait for the next 48 hours to get my prescription. Supervisor was lazy and lacked any type of ownership. Blamed her system, the doctor, and the policy. Completely incompetent. Your policy is broken. Your leadership is lazy. MDLive is in trouble. If you care about improving your service I am happy to jump on a call (can be reached via email).
