I strongly advise against using this service. They claim to address sinus problems, yet they refused to provide any treatment. My provider repeatedly stated he couldn’t prescribe antibiotics due to CDC guidelines. If that’s the case, why do they advertise treating these issues? The phone call was unprofessional, lasted under a minute, and the provider had a poor command of English. I want a refund of my $65!
