I understand organisations such as Moorcroft receive mostly negative reviews due to the nature of their business. However I find it only fair to review based on my own experience.I received a letter telling me that my debt had been transferred to Moorcroft. I contacted them via their website as due to my anxiety I don't communicate well by phone. Within 48 hours the phone calls stopped as I had asked for email communication only. I then submitted my offer of repayment, this was processed & accepted within a few days. Although I am going to be with Moorcroft for a number of years to clear this debt at least I am making progress without further charges or interest being added on. Overall in my experience if your reasonable with them they will help you find a solution.
