Absolutely awful experience. We were made to wait outside for 20 minutes — not even inside the restaurant — while staff casually let other customers walk right past us and go in first. No explanation, no apology, no acknowledgment that we’d been standing there freezing and wasting our time.This wasn’t busy-brunch chaos, this was straight-up disrespectful and disorganized. If you can’t manage a fair waitlist or basic customer service, you probably shouldn’t be running a brunch spot.Plenty of places serve brunch without treating customers like they’re invisible. Worst customer service ever. Won’t be back.
