customer service was 1000000/10 they were all super nice constantly checking up on us. Waiting didnt take too long and there was a queue outside they made sure to give us umbrellas.Overall amazing the food was delicious i definitely recommend!

Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience. We were made to wait outside for 20 minutes — not even inside the restaurant — while staff casually let other customers walk right past us and go in first. No explanation, no apology, no acknowledgment that we’d been standing there freezing and wasting our time.This wasn’t busy-brunch chaos, this was straight-up disrespectful and disorganized. If you can’t manage a fair waitlist or basic customer service, you probably shouldn’t be running a brunch spot.Plenty of places serve brunch without treating customers like they’re invisible. Worst customer service ever. Won’t be back.

Poor quality food

Poor quality food, over hyped. I had the smashed avacado and toast and it tasted disgusting. It was a pure not smashed avocado, the egg was over done when I asked for over easy, and even though I sent it back and didn’t eat it they still charged me for it. I won’t be going back. Overpriced for mediocre food.

Crossed off my list - never to return

A place that has not been ticked but firmly crossed off my list - having driven past since opening we, 3 ladies, decided to have dinner (Friday 27/06/25)Upon arrival the staff made us feel as if they were doing us a favour, the service was appalling and welcoming is not a phrase I would use to describe anything about the place.Eventually managed to order, the starters, bland to say the least, were finished before the drinks had even arrived (mine a Pina colada with squirty whippeed sweet cream??!!)The whole experience was not helped by the table next to us being virtually fawned over and only one member of staff (think she was a manageress) apologising for the delay.We eventually walked out never to return.

Really bad food and long waits.

Such a disappointing experience: coffee served to grown adults in plastic cups, as if they are 3 year olds - so off-putting. Inedible food served after a super long wait of more than 40 minutes. The Staff try to make it up for all of it with a smile on their face and kindness. Unfortunately, the meal was really poor and I wouldn’t return.

An honest review

Went for a dinner with my daughter and her friend . the lamb shank was undercooked , the meat was chewy , and the rice portion was too small . Shish tauok was just ok and the very small piece of the garlic bread was too thick for such a dish . The pick meaa up juice supposedly made of kale , cucumber, pineapple , apple and lemon but what I got tastes like cucumber in a very small glass of water ! I ordered it without the kale though .The service wasn’t that great although the waiters were trying their best and they were nice !I should mention that the manager was so polite and listened well to our feedback and treated us with a desert on the house which was a nice gesture from him and he deserved a star from me! The embience was good .Hope it’d be better with some improvements and more training .

Outstanding service, delicious food and a beautifully curated atmosphere. The team is highly professional, attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a good experience. They offer a unique menu where the food is expertly prepared, beautifully presented and full of incredible flavors. The atmosphere was elegant with stylish decor which added to the dining experience. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, was thoughtfully executed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MEAA to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience in London.

The worst restaurant i ever been to…..

The worst restaurant i ever been to…..I was looking forward to try new restaurant in our area. And at the beginning was very positive. But the service was very poor, they didn’t know how to pour the wine, forgot to bring our cutlery, and by the time they brought it ( whwasnt clean) my food was cold… Pizza was nice , but the rest of our meal wasn’t good at all. it felt cheap, tasteless and very small portions…. Such a shame as the place looked really pretty and clean .
