I had a good experience with the warranty. The unit stopped working a year after purchase. Be cautious, as the service center's phone number is a paid line. I opted to email customer service, and while their response took a week (which felt a bit slow but acceptable), they instructed me to send the unit back for repair. They promptly arranged for a large box with a free returns label to be sent to me the next day. I sent it back immediately, and my dehumidifier was returned to me within a week. I'm quite impressed and generally satisfied with the service.
