I own two dehumidifiers that I purchased two years ago. One of them had to be replaced under warranty during this period, and the replacement process took several months from the initial contact to receiving the new unit. To their credit, I haven't had problems with that one since. However, the low rating stems from my experience with the third dehumidifier. Each unit I've received has produced a very distracting scraping noise, which I've been informed is not typical. This suggests there might be a manufacturing issue with these models, as I've followed the recommended setup instructions. Other users have reported similar issues on various platforms, indicating that I'm not alone in this frustration. Dealing with customer service has been quite a hassle, involving numerous trips to pickup points. I cannot recommend the smaller dehumidifiers until this problem is resolved. I plan to return mine for a refund and will continue using my existing units as long as possible.
