I too had a screen fault after just under 2 years of service. Was sent a box for packing and then the unit was collected by courier. Two days after the unit was received by Meaco I received a service report via email saying that the screen, a temperature sensor and humidity sensor had been replaced and the unit was returned the next day.
This is what I call good old fashioned customer service.
