My Meacodry Arête One dehumidifier stopped working just under the two year warranty. I rang and explained. I had all the relevant details and proof of purchase. They were very helpful. They collected it on Thursday 29th Jan and it was returned today Wednesday 4th Feb. Everyone I spoke to was polite and very helpful.As long as you have all the required details they will help you in a very efficient way.
