I couldn’t give no stars… this is a scam, there is no customer service, no returns address and I have sent over 8 emails to return this plastic crap product received for almost €200 and the only response was that I was given a link to another user manual. The products are a cheap brand with broken products received user manual is NOT the issue. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this “company” save your money and buy off Amazon for 1/10th of the price and better quality! Worst online experience I have ever had with fake .co.uk and .ie addresses stay well clear… I wish I checked others reviews first! Never had such a terrible experience with any online purchase! 14 days of constant emails now going to my bank to dispute and get my payment back absolute headache!
