I bought a Doorbell as recommended by Alex Morgan of AWReview.com, clearly a Scammer now in hindsight, even if he exists, his email doesn't work.
The Bell took a long time to arrive with little Tracking information
When I opened the box the first thing that alarmed me was how it just clips on and off it's mounting, so not secure from theft or removal.
The Camera only works when it detects someone very close and cannot be used as a Monitor.
Battery life appears to be at maximum 2 weeks.
Unbelievably poor value for many and in my view Not fit for Purpose.
I was charged more than the advertised price, and the product did not meet my needs. When I attempted to reach out through the only contact available, I received no response, leaving me unable to return it for a refund. I regret spending $307 on this. I should have checked reviews beforehand.

I've reached out to the support team, but considering the feedback about their assistance, I'm not feeling hopeful!

My experience with this seller was very disappointing and I want to alert others. The seller claims to operate locally, but everything ships from overseas. The product I received was of very poor quality and didn’t function properly. I later discovered that returning it meant shipping it back internationally at my own cost, which wasn’t made clear during purchase. Communication with the seller was frustratingly difficult, and ultimately, I had to involve my bank to get a refund. I do not recommend this seller due to their lack of honesty and poor communication.
