This is completely unacceptable environmentally sustainable and in addition very expensive to purchase. It appeared in the description to be a rechargeable device strapped to the neck.No order confirmation received, not dispatch info and no packing slip with delivery of item.This makes return of the product impossible. You have to provide order number for return. Return costs 15%. if not done or received in 14 days no refund. You cannot just return to the dispatch address as it says they have to confirm where it must be sent. If you send it without getting that confirmation they will just charge you up to £50 for a "handling" fee. I assume so they can pick it up from some place where they use solely to dispatch from and they don't own that address and operate from there. However as support have not replied to any of my.emails about order confirmation, delivery note or return I'm guessing all of this is part of the scam to send out sub standard, cheaply made non sustainable products they wish to get rid of and don't want back as there is no possible way to make your return without contacting them first.
