This company is selling Chinese crap that you can buy on Amazon or on line for a hell of a lot less I paid for it on there UK site witch I think is fake just trying to fool people into thinking there based in the UK there not there in China the item they sold me a anti snoreing device cost me€138 only to see the same item on Amazon for €30 euros And it was totally crap didn't work you might as well tape your mouth shut as for the use of this useless piece of crap tried to get in touch with there customer care to get a refund that's another joke takes them days and days to get back to you don't hold up much hope of getting a refund of them it's for the bin now useless 👿👿👿then the have the nerve to offer me 3% refund or return it to Hong Kong and my expense ye Hong Kong what happened to been based in the UK ??
