I purchased this smartwatch based on its excellent online reviews as a Christmas present from my children, opting for it over my usual choice. Contrary to the promised 5-10 day battery life, it required charging every 48 hours at first. Then, after a recent charge, it was dead by morning—under 12 hours. It also takes longer than advertised to charge and sometimes fails to charge altogether. Moreover, it hasn't recorded any data for the past four days since I switched it to my right wrist from my left. I've reached out to the support team, but considering the feedback about their assistance, I'm not feeling hopeful!
