David is friendly and knowledgable about his field and when tasked with a case that many others had turned down, he was helpful throughout the entire process. Despite us being in lockdown, he was flexible when it came to arranging the property visits and these were completed timely and safely. The findings and reports were provided relatively quickly following the visits in a clear, well written report which was easy for all involved to understand.
