We had a Level 2 survey done on a property we was looking to purchase which on first looks, looked in good condition. When the survey which was very thorough came back it highlighted some very serious problems which could have cost us a lot of money so we pulled out. The survey educated us in what can be found wrong with property's when you look more closely. We have now found another property and using Meadows again to conduct a Level 2 survey which hopefully will bring better news so we can finally purchase our new family home

The process from start to finish was very smooth and despite the report taking 7 days after attendance (as they said it could)… it was worth the wait as the quality of output was outstanding. As first time buyers, we did not know what to expect regarding the extent of the report, but we were blown away by the level of detail especially as it was Level 2. Very thorough. I asked Meadow Consultants to inspect some cracks in the exterior brick wall of a house. An appointment was made for a couple of weeks later and David the surveyor arrived promptly at the arranged time. He clearly explained what the assessment would involve and was happy to answer questions afterwards. The written report that I received was very thorough and advised what to do next.
