I am a Chartered Civil Engineer, and can attest that David and his team were true professionals. He was able to undertake the RICS Level 3 survey on an Edwardian 100yrs old house priced at approx. GBP1million within a week of me contacting him. David spent time listening to my concerns before the survey, and then undertook a very detailed survey which identified a range of additional issues. He gave me a detailed verbal summary of all of these issues, was very flexible and even offered to discount the cost of the report if I decided not to go through with the sale, which I didn't. I would definitely use Meadow Consultants again due to all of the above reasons.
