I was directed through to Meadow Consultants through my mortgage advisor. I had requested for a Home Buyers Survey as there were a few points within the property that were causing concern and I wanted to put my mind at rest that I was making a good decision. From the beginning, I was kept up to date about the appointment for the survey between Meadow Consultants and the Vendor, communication cannot be faulted. I was invoiced and I received the full 51 page survey, including advice, photos and in depth explanations within 4 working days. This has been invaluable to me so far and I will keep it for future considerations of work that may / may not be required in the property.I also found that it was in language that was easy for me to understand, as I am not from a property/development/conveyancing background I was concerned that there would be parts that I would not follow, but the pictures and descriptions were very easy to understand.
