First class surveyor came to do a level 2 survey. It was more like a level 3. The report he provided was extremely comprehensive. On the basis of his survey I made the decision not to proceed with my house purchase potentially saving a lot of money.I would highly recommend this company. The written survey report came back within three days. The surveyor was prepared to answer continued questions and I was reassured by his professional ism and ability to explain complex issues in layman's terms.Thank-you for all your help.
