My items never arrived. There were stuck at an airport for over a week. The customer rep told me she would investigate and I should have by the following Monday or should would issue a refund or send me a new shipment. I did not hear from them again until Monday telling me the items would be arriving on Wednesday. I went to the store in NYC and purchased the items.
I ask to have the package returned issue me a refund. I was told that's too late I need to accept the package and then through the process to initiate a return and take the package to a shipping facility. I received an email stating "as a show of goodwill" the would return me the $5 shipping fee!!! I almost fell off my chair you need to get a much better customer rep to help service your customers.
