Great designs and I love the try before you buy service. Would definitely use this again.
If I was to have one quibble, it would be the amount of synthetic in the fabrics, which is a shame, although it doesn’t detract from the good design.
The garments I purchased from ME+EM are top notch quality, they pay attention to detail and the pricing is good and the shipping is fast which is very important to me. I highly, highly recommend this company.
I love the clothes, but attempting to return clothes is a NIGHTMARE! The return process is cumbersome. Last night I attempted to return several items and received an error message for the mailing label. Once you go through the arduous task of returning the items, you then need to receive an email sending you the mailing label and insert. When I received the email, the email stated there was an error. I am still waiting for the mailing label and insert.
ME+EM clothes are superb quality and fit, suitable for all ages, classic without being boring. The fact I could try at home before I bought made a big difference, as I'm quite far from one of their stores. The try-on service is excellent - your card is not charged until after you've returned any pieces you don't want, so there is no waiting for refunds. Very pleased.
Very disappointed with the quality of the jackets. After just one wash, following the care instructions exactly, the jacket developed excessive pilling all over. This happened with normal use and in a very short time, which is completely unacceptable for a garment at this price point.
The fabric quality and durability are far below what you would reasonably expect. A jacket should not look worn out after a single wash.
I also attempted to exercise my legal warranty rights and contacted customer service, but I have not received any response. Poor product quality combined with lack of customer support makes this a brand I would not recommend.
My bank statement indicated a refund had been processed, but another section showed it as pending. The first representative I spoke with mentioned that if it wasn't cleared, it wouldn't post, and advised me to reach out to the service. When I called, a representative was very polite and confirmed that everything showed as paid on her end. She offered to send me an email with the details confirming the transaction. After that, I contacted my bank again and spoke with another representative who confirmed that it had indeed posted. It seems the first representative I spoke with may not have fully understood the system. This situation often occurs with them, as there are knowledgeable staff members and others who are less informed. I truly appreciated my interaction with the representative; she was courteous, attentive, and resolved my issue promptly. It was a pleasure speaking with her, and she is a wonderful asset to the team in terms of expertise and efficiency.
I've purchased several timeless items over the years and I'm truly a fan of travel-friendly tailoring. However, I often find myself returning many of the dresses. It would be great if they offered options for women with larger bust sizes.
Generally the products are amazing and the online experience, even outside the uk is great. However quality of product various from great to „could be much better“, especially at this price point. In particular the t shirts are of very low quality.
I've loved every item I've purchased. I just got the Super Wide Palazzo pant, and they fit perfectly. My daughter and I both have a pair of cargo pants that we wear all the time. The quality is outstanding. My only suggestion, which is just my personal preference, is to offer more low-rise pants. Maybe I'm stuck in the 90s, but that style is the only one that works for me, and I would buy more if it were available. Wishing everyone at the company a Merry Christmas!
I genuinely adore the quality of the clothing from the company; the fabrics and cuts are all exceptional. The customer care is outstanding as well. Living in Australia, they have been very helpful with all my inquiries.
