This company really needs to improve their customer service.I was spoken to extremely rudely on the phone today, but this was nothing compared to how the tradesman treat my 91 year old parent today. He tried to tell him he had repaired his light hoping the fact that has lost 75% of his sight didn't matter. Luckily his son in law arrived just as the tradesman tried to leave. He said a light flickering on and off and putting bathroom into darkness was ok because it worked sometimes. He was asked to replace the light, which after a call to his manager agreed to do, but very angry about it. He finished the job, stormed out of the house without saying goodbye or even saying job was finished. Complaint will be going into local authority.
