2 and a half years ago, I reported a crumbling concrete canopy above my front door, to the council in North Lanarkshire, chunks size of bricks had fallen dangerously, and a massive split along it. Ok, pandemic happened, finally in march 2022, scaffolding went up, 6 weeks later a "bricklayer" came took the chunk away. 2 weeks later, he repaired it. All done. The scaffold is still up 5 weeks after the repair ! The job took 3 hours top,!!It's nearly June now and I hate to think of the cost , especially when it's our council tax paying this. I've emailed11 times, phoned 5, but just passed on to the team apparently. Utter crap. My disabled neighbour can't get by the scaffold easily. And they ignore his complaints too. Council should get rid of these yeeha,s asap. Avoid like the plague
