The people that answer the phone are lovely and pleasant. However, every worker that comes out (if they turn up) is rude, don't know what they're doing have an attitude and no respect and don't seem interested in their job whatsoever.Yesterday the boiler man and I had an argument as he was refusing to come saying he was too busy with people that had real repairs. I said it's fine I can wait and he refused to come. What he doesn't realise is I record all my calls. So if I can I will publish how rude this man was to me.Today when someone bothered to turn up again very rude, no manners, looked like he had no idea what he was doing, actually didn't have a clue how to answer my questions about the boiler simple things about the pressure of the boiler he should know but doesn't. At the end he asked for a bucket, put it under the boiler where its leaking, said he'll call warranty and walked out. I don't understand who has employed these rude, unprofessional people but I will complain about everyone of them that speaks to me the way I've been spoken too. Got it all recorded too. Im polite and well mannered and treat people how they want to be treated but unfortunately they don't quite feel the same. Will see if I can post the recordings of these rude people!!!
