Extremely useless and irresponsible! I reported a bad leackage and blockage in my kitchen sink 5 days ago. It was registered as an emergency to be attended within 3 hours of the same day! They never showed up and I have been in contact with them 3 times a day since then. Every time they tell me that somebody will come to you today but nobody shows up! Eventually they said we have sent engineers to your address twice but no access entery !! Total lies and disgusting !! Absolutely incompetent. The issue is not fixed yet! Mears are disgrace !!! I am sueing them !!!
