A 5 hour time slot for a boiler service and it's a no show, I phoned their office about 10 minutes later to be told the service engineer is running late but will definitely still be coming , 2 hours later still nothing . I gave up waiting . Mental health in tatters all because of incompetence by others . Oh and don't even get me started on waiting fir the phone to be answered , 15 minutes is not unusual.
