My review is five stars based on the outstanding customer service provided to my by a pleasnt lady called Rajh, who has for sure gone the extra mile in resolving various repair issues i was expiriancing, she has been understanding, paitent,HONEST, realistic,prompt, reliable, productive, clear and profesional she has relieved the stress i was expiriancing, i had to write a review as she has single handedly presented to me the highest level customer service, and its appreciated and should be noticed and noted,Sometimes companies in general make mistakes (mears not excluded) over book, unrealistic eta's, you get the gist ....no company is perfect but its when sittuations arise... what makes a good company or person is how its dealt with aftwards sometimes so a big thankyou!and i feel more representatives in other estabilshments should surely take note of the qualities presented as it surely isnt common and really should be, every customer or service user should always end a call with the confidence,trust and of course a smileDT
