I wish I didn’t have to give them a star. They dodgy. They tell lies especially the staff inside the office. They cover up for each other. Very unprofessional.They have no respect for the tenants home. They can get quite aggressive too. Majority of the time they look so miserable, makes you feel uncomfortable in your home. They know they can get away with it because there’s no one to complain to. I take the day off from work and they don’t bother to turn up to do the repair, had to call them to find out what’s happening then the office said no one is available for the job and they had over a week to inform you but no apology’s. We definitely need them to go!! Bring some new people in.
