This ls my third breakdown this year. When l call they say 24 hours l must wait. They then turn up when l am at work..l canot aford to keep having days off and am self employed there fore l miss a day im sacked. At weekends...they have not once turned up.l was without hot water for 3 weeks..l don t know how long l wil be without it this time..They only care about themselves. Why not fix an emergancy at the weekend ?
