I like many others have had many complaints about there service.But think I've had one that no one else has mentioned. I had reported a none working central heating system in the middle of the winter. About 6 weeks later they arranged for an engineer to visit. One time a got a knock on my door. Standing there wearing a mears shirt was a man writing out s card which he handed to me. Written on the card was. Quote. Unable to gain access to the property please call for another appointment.I think that sums up mears
