So over the last few days we had a few people out from mears, not all of them were at an excellent standard!I must say Mears customer service are useless when it comes to telling their staff what they are meant be doing when they come out. However, today we had 2 lovely men Mark E and Mark D (will not give last names for confidentiality reasons) who done an excellent job putting our units back in after they had to be taken out due to a leak. With the way the units were fitted in 2013 (utter disgrace) the job took way longer than necessary, but they was happy, didn’t moan, went and got all the extra bits they needed and done the job properly! Thank you guys!
