Don't deserve any stars!. Rude Receptionists. Very often leave you hanging on the line. Then line goes dead! Always sending wrong people for the job ie electrician for plumbing work. So they take a photo obviously they cannot do the job. Weeks later send someone else to take another photo, this goes on for sometime. 3 of 4 photos later after complaints they send a plumber who still cannot complete the work. Basically incompetent Company had 3 years of there incompetents excuses , lack of communication.Rudeness sloppy work .also when they do make appointments they don't turn up and don't tell you so you don't find out anything unless you ring them. Stay away from this company.
