Absolutely disgusting attitude from the customer services in Leeds, 3 days we've waited to get our heating sorted out and still not working, phoned mears up and got conflicting answers from it will be today or up to 24 hours when the lady in question was asked again she'll blatantly denied saying that it would take up to 24 hours even though I had the phone on loud speaker and 3 people heard what she said and then stared to get cheeky and obnoxious, I wouldn't deal with a company like this if we weren't council tenants absolutely disgraceful attitude from a so called company that cares aye right
