I had a poor experience with this service. I ordered an expensive coat, but they sent the wrong size and charged me for the return. After a week of no response about the correct item, they eventually claimed they refunded me, but I see no sign of it in my bank account. Their customer service is lacking, and they even suggested I could repurchase the item. It's hard to trust them to send the correct item if I decide to reorder.
