As a long-time customer for over 20 years, it’s disheartening to see the decline in customer service. I ordered two toques for my teenage boys, but they were so small they barely fit a baby, despite being advertised as 'one size fits all.' When I asked for a return label, the online chat was unexpectedly rude and unhelpful. Thankfully, a phone call to customer service connected me with a helpful associate, but this stark contrast only added to my disappointment. It’s unfortunate to witness such a decline in standards.
I purchased a poorly designed hiking pole for my mother, which was disassembled for travel. A component fell off, making it impossible to reassemble. At the returns location, a staff member dedicated a solid 20 minutes to find a solution, which was appreciated. However, the company's choice to create such low-quality items is disappointing, especially given its previously strong philosophy. Kudos to the great service, but a thumbs down for the subpar materials.

The company fails to disclose this information during purchase. Expect to be charged significantly more. Steer clear of this seller!
