I believe the products offered are misleading. I spent $4,000 on a pressure washer advertised as 4,000 psi, but the one I received only reaches 3,500 psi. It has a fixed frame with non-steerable wheels, making it difficult to maneuver. It weighs 400 lbs, and the wheels are already damaged, with bent axles from trying to move it. When I contacted support, they claimed the industry standard allows for a 500 psi variance, which I find untrue. I will not purchase from them again.
