I ordered a stump grinder on 11/27, with delivery scheduled for 12/5. On that day, the delivery driver mishandled the machine, causing me to refuse the shipment. My first impression of the company was not positive, as it seemed unprofessional. A manager promised to send a replacement and confirmed it via text. However, after 25 days, I still have not received a replacement and only received confusing emails asking me to rate a machine I don’t have. On 12/25, they again requested feedback and provided a link that led to further confusion. This issue was financed through a third party, which advised me to deal directly with the seller. There are many complaints similar to mine online, highlighting poor customer service. I strongly advise against purchasing from them; it has been the worst buying experience I’ve encountered, especially as I spend over $50,000 annually on tools for my business. I regret not researching more thoroughly. Their website falsely claims I received the item on December 9th, which feels deceptive.
There has been no communication regarding my order. It will be nearly 30 days before the product is delivered. I called over a week ago to check on the status, only to find out the chipper was still in California. The representative promised to email me with updated delivery details, but I never received any update. I called again on 12-22-2026, and was told the product would be shipped on Christmas... very poor customer service.
