Be careful! This company was great at selling the product, but when the pen did not work they do not help.
I have done everything I can. Callled and emailed. Sent video and photo of pen not working and a month later I have got nowhere, so have had no meds and no help.
They really do not want to know if you have a problem.
I am now giving up and have accepted that I have lost my money and will go to another company and start again
