At first I faced some issues with my order, however than I was contacted by Gualberto -costumer care representative and I’d like to thank him for his exceptional help and professionalism. He was patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. When I misplaced an item from my order, he kindly arranged for a replacement without hesitation. Truly outstanding service. I highly recommend their Service.
I've had many perfect orders. The last one, which appears to be 'not secure', as in the internal package was opened, which was an injectable order, in addition the surgical wipes and needle pack missing. I contacted them to explain the issues, yet was treated by them as, well, imo, me lying in order to get something for free. Yet I did say I'd return the items supplied for replacement UNOPENED items. Still, not supplied the needles or wipes more than 1 week later. Very poor after sales service. Normally a lot better service from MedExpress, so possibly is a 'one off'.
Absolute scam ,I paid for treatment then after taking payment I was told I need to follow more steps to receive treatment, surely they should check everything before taking payment?
I placed my order and there was lots of communication, I found the company to be very professional, they gave me updates at every stage, if you are looking for a good company who give what they say, then MedExpress is that company

I had a problem and was confused about strengths and brand equivalents after I forgot what height I was, it appears I was a 17ft and 92 stone new customer ordering my 6 purchase, I think you get the message as did the absolutely adorable Zarina whom had she been a peach I would have put her in my pocket to keep her safe.
Zarina safes the day with ease and finesse, she rectified my problem and restored my faith and confidence swiftly with Med-Express.

Med-Express No1 all day long, so far sooo very good, my next prescription will be the 15mg and worth the commitment.
Been using Med Express for a while and finally giving up.
I had no issues when on Mounjaro from June and even Wegovy after switching in September (Trumps price hike) . I didn't like Wegovy and then switched again to Nevolat in January which in all honestly feels like it does nothing and after 5 weeks of daily jabs. I lost 0 weight.
However during this change the customer services and delivery was shocking! 5 Attempted delivery's to my work at 9PM! , I stayed behind for this and nothing. I then moved the drop off location to a local post office...Nothing again.
It was later revealed to me by my post man that the evening team hadn't even attempted to do them and i had to go to the post office to collect something that should of been in cold conditions a week prior.
I did complain to Med Express as was unsure if i could actually use the medication because of being unrefrigerated, 1 person offered to send me a replacement (this never materialised) and another just gave me a bog standard sorry and no actual advice on the situation.
I finally get my package and it seemed ok to use (still unsure on this), HOWEVER its short in needles, Which for DAILY jabs is outrages and effected the entire process. Luckily I found some left overs from previous jabs as mentioned above but not enough to last me.
So then i had to complain again which resulted in the ai bot telling me to buy my own and invoice the company! I have paid for a service and i expect as much.
Thankfully a human picked up the complaint and sent me more but by this point id missed multiple jabs making the process of building up to the higher dose redundant.
unless there is a miracle of some sort, i doubt I will continue to use Med Express or the jab I am currently on.

First order came missing 3 needles, second batch ordered, they only prescribed the lower dose, within an hour of ordering I realised and cancelled the order. I called them but they were closed, phoned at 09:00hrs the next day, only to be told that it had already been dispatched, I questioned this and was told there's nothing they can do! Furious is not the word! Basically, they can dispatch medication out of hours but can't cancel/change orders out of hours!

I would definitely recommend med express. It has 100% been the right decision for me to use them for my weight loss journey . Very helpful with any questions. Full kit including sharps box , packaged well and delivered promptly. AW330
As for the consultation itself, issuing the prescription, and shipping the medication, I have nothing to complain about 5*.
BUT the delivery of the medication is a completely different story.
Royal Mail is probably the most incompetent right now, and if MedExpress continues to use their services, I think many patients will change pharmacies.
After the mess that was with the delivery of my first Wegovy pen (order no. db9d2be1), I suspect I'll find another pharmacy.
I don't need that kind of stress.
And an additional fee for express delivery, when Royal Mail doesn't care anyway, is unthinkable.
