I have been a loyal customer since last year, I've even brought a few new customers for you through referrals. I have a faulty pen, I contacted you on 6th April, generate reply, asked for video evidence, which I supplied 4 times. Slow to reply, eventually said couldn't view video, but offered no alternative solution like a video call. I have asked for a partial refund (as 3 doses worked, the 4th dose didnt). I am now being ghosted. Its clear reading through other negative reviews, that ghosting your customers when they raise issues is a common theme. You reply to these reviews with the same answer 'sorry we've made you feel that way' 'we take our customer service seriously' - clearly thats not the case. 11 days I've been waiting for a solution, for help, for support, for a partial refund of faulty goods you have sold me, and you've stopped replying. - So that is clear evidence of very poor customer service. I feel I have no choice but to instruct a full chargeback from my bank due to your failure to sell me a safe product, as I feel I have contacted you many times, supplied what was asked of me in initial responses, and you have now ghosted me. Your consumers work hard for their money, your product is expensive, when you sell faulty goods, you should stand over them. Please don't further insult me, by replying with a generic reply 'sorry you feel that way' 'we take our customer service seriously' - these are false statements (which are continous, by reading the other reviews) - I'd rather you replied to the 10 odd emails I've sent you, which you've ghosted, with an actual genuiene solution!
