First order came missing 3 needles, second batch ordered, they only prescribed the lower dose, within an hour of ordering I realised and cancelled the order. I called them but they were closed, phoned at 09:00hrs the next day, only to be told that it had already been dispatched, I questioned this and was told there's nothing they can do! Furious is not the word! Basically, they can dispatch medication out of hours but can't cancel/change orders out of hours!
