Been using Med Express for a while and finally giving up.

I had no issues when on Mounjaro from June and even Wegovy after switching in September (Trumps price hike) . I didn't like Wegovy and then switched again to Nevolat in January which in all honestly feels like it does nothing and after 5 weeks of daily jabs. I lost 0 weight.

However during this change the customer services and delivery was shocking! 5 Attempted delivery's to my work at 9PM! , I stayed behind for this and nothing. I then moved the drop off location to a local post office...Nothing again.

It was later revealed to me by my post man that the evening team hadn't even attempted to do them and i had to go to the post office to collect something that should of been in cold conditions a week prior.

I did complain to Med Express as was unsure if i could actually use the medication because of being unrefrigerated, 1 person offered to send me a replacement (this never materialised) and another just gave me a bog standard sorry and no actual advice on the situation.

I finally get my package and it seemed ok to use (still unsure on this), HOWEVER its short in needles, Which for DAILY jabs is outrages and effected the entire process. Luckily I found some left overs from previous jabs as mentioned above but not enough to last me.

So then i had to complain again which resulted in the ai bot telling me to buy my own and invoice the company! I have paid for a service and i expect as much.

Thankfully a human picked up the complaint and sent me more but by this point id missed multiple jabs making the process of building up to the higher dose redundant.

unless there is a miracle of some sort, i doubt I will continue to use Med Express or the jab I am currently on.
