I've had many perfect orders. The last one, which appears to be 'not secure', as in the internal package was opened, which was an injectable order, in addition the surgical wipes and needle pack missing. I contacted them to explain the issues, yet was treated by them as, well, imo, me lying in order to get something for free. Yet I did say I'd return the items supplied for replacement UNOPENED items. Still, not supplied the needles or wipes more than 1 week later. Very poor after sales service. Normally a lot better service from MedExpress, so possibly is a 'one off'.
