I ordered medication, and the payment was taken out immediately. After providing evidence of my prescription, there was no further contact. I sent multiple emails and filed a complaint online, yet received no response. There is a complete lack of customer care. They are effectively a scam. Thankfully, my bank refunded me, but I have still not received any acknowledgment from the service. They have taken nearly £260 from me for nothing. Stay away; they clearly prioritize some customers over others.
