Frustrating delays and lack of support

After a two-week wait and a significant expenditure for my 12.5 pen, I was asked again for verification. The email responses were slow, and I ended up missing my dose, which has hindered my progress. I'm extremely frustrated. I've canceled my order and switched to another supplier. There seems to be no concern for customer needs or missed doses.
