UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They took my payment and left me waiting for two weeks while repeatedly sending the same email asking for information I had already provided at least five times. Ultimately, I had to cancel my order to maintain my sanity. This is an utterly ridiculous and unprofessional way to handle a customer.
