I purchased a TV for a birthday and paid for a specific delivery date and time. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any updates, no SMS or confirmation. I called multiple times, but they seemed unaware of the situation, only suggesting they would "email" someone. I heard that same excuse numerous times, and it took nearly 7 weeks to finally receive my refund, with constant mentions of needing to email another department. This delay is unjust, especially given my limited income, which caused me significant stress. I strongly advise against paying anything upfront with this service.
